Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to Lucid AI! These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our algorithmic trading software, Lucid AI, which integrates with the MetaTrader 4 platform. By accessing or using our software, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you must not use our service.


2. License to Use
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Lucid AI solely as a plugin to your MetaTrader 4 account for Forex trading. This license is subject to your compliance with these terms.


3. User Accounts
You must register for an account to access certain features of our software. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.


4. Subscription Fees and Payment

Lucid AI is offered on a subscription basis, with fees billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All subscription fees are non-refundable, except in the following cases:

  • If the user has not used the software at all after purchase and requests a refund within 24 hours, they are eligible for a full refund.

  • If the user requests a refund within 20 days of purchase, they may be eligible for a refund, minus a 10% deduction to cover administrative costs, license key fees, and merchant processing charges.

 

Refunds beyond this period will not be granted under any circumstances. By subscribing to Lucid AI, you agree to these terms and acknowledge that continued use of the software beyond the 20-day window constitutes acceptance of all charges.


5. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for configuring the software settings and the trading pairings you choose. The success of your trading activities depends on your setup, and we do not guarantee any specific trading outcomes. You must ensure that your use of our software complies with all applicable laws and regulations.


6. No Access to Trading Accounts
We do not have access to your trading account details or your funds at any time. Our software acts only as a tool to assist you in your trading activities.


7. Intellectual Property Rights
The software and all intellectual property rights therein are owned by or licensed to us. Except for the license granted under these terms, all rights are reserved.


8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any loss or damage that you may suffer as a result of using our software. This includes, but is not limited to, losses or damages due to the choice of trading pairings, settings, market conditions, or your handling of the trading account.


9. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our software without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.


10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our software after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
